I've been here more than a few times now. The service is prompt and friendly even if the restaurant is busy or slow. The pho broth is rich; the tendon and brisket is delightfully toothsome without being overly chewy and the rare beef is nice and soft. The prices are also so affordable! Pho Ace for me is like a little hidden treasure, good food good prices and hard working staff

The food was very good but I have to say the customer service was the best part of our experience with Pho Ace. The two younger gentlemen at the front are very friendly and great at their job. We ordered online and there was an issue with my order and they called me right away to straighten it out. From the phone call to the face-to-face interaction, it reminded me of that old school way of working with customers that we see far less of nowadays. Will be back again 💯
