The food was very good but I have to say the customer service was the best part of our experience with Pho Ace. The two younger gentlemen at the front are very friendly and great at their job. We ordered online and there was an issue with my order and they called me right away to straighten it out. From the phone call to the face-to-face interaction, it reminded me of that old school way of working with customers that we see far less of nowadays. Will be back again 💯

I'm rather new to Pho, I've tried several places and really enjoyed it, but it's pretty much the same everywhere. Today I picked up some beef pho from this spot for my boyfriend who's sick (it's his fav food). I tried a few bites and it took every ounce of willpower (even after already eating lunch) to pass it back to him and not to steal it back. I even considered stopping again for more for dinner on the way home. The broth is immaculate and the price is right. Lovely staff and space as well, we want to come back for in house dining. It's that good. We both have a new fav pho spot.

by far the best pho restaurant i have found in New West. Highly recommend ! Also the staff is incredibly friendly and kind! will definitely be coming back!
